Printers Rental/Purchase

We are the go to company for hiring and purchasing printers in Namibia, short and long term. You may upgrade or downgrade at anytime, as your needs change.

Repair and Support

Does your printer need a service or fixing? We have highly qualified technicians on standby to assist if you require your printer to be serviced. A service call-out is N$450.00 per call-out including VAT. If parts are needed they will be quoted separately.

Suppliers Of Top Quality Original and Generic Printer Cartridges, We Have Extremely Competitive Pricing on all our original inks and toners. We offer a full life of cartridges warrant on all our equipment’s. Be assured and purchase.

Copy Paper Supply

We supply premium multifunctional office paper and runs smoothly through photocopiers and printers. We deliver for free locally if you are buying more than 5 boxes.

    We require 3 months bank statements, a copy of your ID
  • How much does it cost to rent an office printer?
    Our rentals range from N$500 to N$8,000 depending on customers requirement.
  • Is it better to rent or buy a photocopier?
    It is better to rent a photocopier, once copiers lifespan is up it carries very little value.
  • What rental terms do you offer?
    We offer month to month as well as 6, 12, 24, 36 and 60 month rentals.
  • Does the monthly rental amount include maintenance/service?

    Your rental is separate to your maintenance agreement. We charge a cost per copy that includes toner, services, parts and call outs.
